Winter Golf
With the weather starting to get colder, please take note of our winter golf requirements. We use the below restrictions to keep the course in a playable condition all year round. Other courses have different winter restrictions, please observe and respect ours.
- If it is frosty when you start playing, any trolley being used must have winter wheels on. Our hire trolleys have winter wheels fitted if you need to hire one.
- Temporary greens may be in use whilst frosty, this decision is made by the head greenkeeper
- The Academy Course remains closed until the frost clears as we do not have temporary greens on this course.
- Buggies will not be allowed to be used whilst frosty.
- Single use private buggies may not be able to be used even if our buggies are out. Our buggies have GPS on them and can restrict their movements away from certain areas.
- These restrictions will be reviewed throughout the day and lifted when the ground conditions allow
As much as we would like to give you a time when restrictions may be lifted we may not be able to as we are in the hands of the weather.
